Morgan Fairchild was born Patsy Anne McClenny on February 3, 1950. Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. In the 1980s, she became a household name with her roles on several TV series. The actress was famous for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild began her career in Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress, Fairchild moved on to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. The following year, she starred on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and the year 1986. Fairchild is also an actor on stage and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA Board member.
